Richard Solkin

Richard Solkin is a highly respected Tampa Bay Realtor known for his strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and commitment to achieving the best results for his clients. A top-producing real estate professional, Richard has helped countless families buy and sell homes while building a reputation for integrity, dedication, and exceptional customer service.

Born in Philadelphia in 1971 and raised at the Jersey Shore, Richard learned the value of hard work from his parents, Vicki and Harris. Throughout his life, he has demonstrated an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for serving others.

Richard began his public service career with the Linwood Rescue Squad in New Jersey, rising through the ranks from volunteer to Chief. He received numerous awards for his service and spent time assisting in New York City following the September 11, 2001 tragedy before retiring from EMS in 2003.

An accomplished entrepreneur, Richard owned and operated several successful businesses, including a vending company and Atlantic City Jitney franchise #130. At age 19, he became the youngest Jitney driver in Atlantic City history. His business success enabled him to purchase his first home at an early age.

Richard also built a successful career in the automotive industry with Kerbeck Automotive, the world's largest Corvette dealer. Through hard work and leadership, he advanced from Sales Associate to Finance Manager, Business Manager, Sales Manager, and General Sales Manager, helping achieve record-breaking sales performance.

After relocating to Tampa Bay in 2005, Richard pursued a new career in real estate. Despite being told the industry was too competitive, he quickly established himself as a top performer through determination, exceptional service, and a relentless work ethic.

In 2007, Richard joined Future Home Realty and founded Team Solkin. Today, he works alongside his father, Harris Solkin, providing buyers and sellers with expert negotiation, marketing, contract knowledge, and personalized service. Together, they have built one of the area's most successful real estate teams.
