A combination of breakfast and lunch is “brunch.” What’s a combination of gorgeous and practical? “THIS PROPERTY.” Before listing this home I sat on one of the couches in the combined family room, kitchen, and dining room area. I was looking out through the sliding glass doors, learning later, they cost over $15,000! seven years earlier. While sitting there, the thought that went through my head was “what a classy house. What a great house for entertaining!” A living area that, if you wish, COMPLETELY OPENS to the partially covered Lanai (you’ll see in picture). Protective screening (you’ll see it in the pictures) which protects the Lanai from storms and wind allowing its use regardless of weather. Two master bedroom suites, for privacy, located at opposite ends of the house. A room that maybe is a den, or an office, or a library, or whatever, with a decorated wall {see photos} you’ll likely not see elsewhere. This “ready to move in” house is unique in this Del Web 55+ Community. I didn’t mention the multiple feet of insulation above the ceiling of the entire living space to ensure even temperature throughout! Again, unique to this home. I could say more and more about this house but If you believe the price of this home fits within your budget, you just need to see it in person and be “wowed!"
